1) Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Customized or personalized items (e.g., DIY kits with names, custom giveaways) are non-returnable unless defective.
2) Non-Returnable Items
- Opened packages, used items, or products not in their original condition.

Seasonal or event-specific items (e.g., Christmas, Halloween, or Eid collections) after the event date has passed.

Clearance or sale items marked “final sale.”
3) Return Process

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4) Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5) Exchanges
- Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
6) Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
- We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
