Refund policy


At Party in Cart, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1) Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., DIY kits with names, custom giveaways) are non-returnable unless defective.

2) Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened packages, used items, or products not in their original condition.
  • Seasonal or event-specific items (e.g., Christmas, Halloween, or Eid collections) after the event date has passed.
  • Clearance or sale items marked “final sale.”

3) Return Process

  • Contact us at no-reply@partyincart.com or call +966 53 361 7874 with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4) Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or defective items.

5) Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

6) Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
