Shipping policy


Thank you for shopping with Party in Cart. We aim to ensure your orders are processed and delivered quickly, safely, and efficiently across Saudi Arabia.


1) Service Areas

  • Within Riyadh: Door-to-door delivery within Riyadh city limits.
  • Outside Riyadh (KSA): Delivery to major cities and towns across Saudi Arabia.
    Remote or rural areas may require additional time or fees.

2) Processing & Handling

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., DIY kits, special packaging) may require an additional 1–2 business days for preparation.

3) Delivery Timeframes

  • Within Riyadh: 1–2 business days.
  • Outside Riyadh (rest of KSA): 3–5 business days (longer for remote destinations).
  • During high-demand periods such as Ramadan, Eid, Back-to-School, or November/December holidays, delivery may take longer due to courier volume.

4) Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Riyadh: Flat rate of SAR 25 per order.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above SAR 350 (after discounts and before taxes).

5) Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive an SMS, WhatsApp, or email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.

6) Delivery Attempts & Address Changes

  • Couriers will attempt delivery up to two times. If the recipient is unreachable or the address is incomplete, the order may be returned to sender, and re-delivery fees may apply.
  • Address changes requested after dispatch are subject to courier approval and may delay the delivery timeframe.

7) Damages & Missing Items

  • Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.
  • Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours by contacting us with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost if the issue is verified.

8) Returns

  • For return and exchange procedures, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (return window: 3 days from delivery).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
